Blintz Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 frozen blintzes (cheese or 1/2 cheese, 1/2 fruit)
    1/2 pt. sour cream or substitute
    3 Tbsp. orange juice
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 1/2 tsp. margarine (plus more for pan)
Preparation
    Grease a casserole with 1 to 1 1/2-inch sides with margarine. Place blintzes, folded side in dish.
    Top each blintz with 1/2 teaspoon margarine.
    Beat remaining ingredients until well mixed and pour over blintzes.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven until set and beginning to brown.
    Serves 3 to 4.
