Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sugar
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1 3/4 c. orange juice
Preparation

Boil or bake potatoes until almost done, peel and slice. Place in baking dish.
In saucepan, combine butter, sugar, salt and flour.
Stir until sugar dissolves (use low heat).
Add juice and continue cooking until thickened.
Pour over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Yields 10 servings.
