Creamy Lime Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime jello
1 can evaporated milk or 2 (5 3/4 oz.)
2 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple and juice
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1 c. broken nut meats
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Cool slightly, then add milk.
Chill until thick, but not set.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate.
Serves 16.
