Deviled Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 lb. round steak
1 c. carrots
1 c. onions
1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Combine mustard and flour; pound into steak.
Season with salt and pepper.
Brown on both sides in a little fat.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover; simmer 2 hours.
Yield:
6 servings. Carbohydrate 11 grams, protein 24 g, fat 14 g, calories 268.
