Squash Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 white onion
1 1/2 lb. yellow squash, cut
3 slices bread, toasted
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
dash of white pepper
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Peel and cut onion.
Cook with cut squash until tender.
Run toasted bread through food chopper with squash and onion.
Mix all ingredients except half the bread crumbs, which are to be browned in 1 tablespoon butter.
Pour into greased baking dish with buttered crumbs on top and bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
