Chicken Or Turkey Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. cornbread crumbs
    4 slices bread, crumbled
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    2 or 3 lb. chicken or turkey
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. black pepper
    3 tsp. sage
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    enough broth to make a thin mixture
Preparation
    Boil meat in enough water that has been salted to taste to make broth.
    Mix all ingredients together except meat.
    Remove bones from meat.
    Add meat to other ingredients.
    Mix well; pour into 9 x 13-inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until done.
    Don't overcook so it won't be too dry.
