Chicken Hoffa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless chicken breasts (skin on)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    6 scallions
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    Dijon mustard
    Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Combine thawed, well drained spinach, mushrooms, diced scallions and cream cheese.
    Stuff mixture under the skin of the chicken breast.
    Paint skin with mustard; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
