Mushroom Bacon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    3 scallions, sliced
    2/3 c. olive oil
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    12 slices bacon
    black pepper to taste
    lettuce or fresh spinach
Preparation
    Cook bacon and cut into 1-inch pieces.
    Combine all ingredients except mushrooms and bacon.
    Pour mixture over mushrooms.
    Cover and chill 4 to 6 hours.
    Spoon mixture over lettuce or spinach. Sprinkle with bacon.
    Drizzle with remaining marinade.
