Tortellini With Tomatoes And Herb Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen or 2 (9 oz.) pkg. refrigerated cheese tortellini
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. fresh basil leaves
    1/2 c. fresh parsley leaves
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 plum tomatoes, diced
    1 small onion, finely chopped
Preparation
    Prepare tortellini following package directions; drain well and place tortellini in large bowl.
    Toss with 1/4 cup olive oil. Cool tortellini to room temperature.
