Basic Papaya Smoothie(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large papaya, peeled, seed and slice
1/3 c. coconut milk
3 Tbsp. Passion fruit juice (canned okay)
1 large banana, peel and cut into chunks
3 oz. frozen strawberries with juice
6 ice cubes, crushed
Preparation

Add papaya, coconut milk and fruit juice to blender bowl. Process.
Add chunks of banana to blender, a few at a time.
Add strawberries.
Blend until smooth. Add crushed ice and whip until mixture is slushy.
Serve immediately.
