Lamb Loin Chops With Walnut Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lamb loin chops, cut 3/4-inch thick
    1/4 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Place lamb chops on an unheated rack in a broiler pan.
    Broil 3 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper. Turn; broil 5 to 6 minutes more.
