Thin Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ears cooked corn
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cut down the rows of corn.
    Press out the pulp and milk.
    Into the corn, stir the seasonings.
    Slightly beat egg yolks and add to the mixture.
    Beat egg whites to a thick foam and blend into the corn mixture.
