Impossible Pumpkin Pie(Makes Own Crust) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    `1/2 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1 can pumpkin
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease pie plate.
    Beat ingredients together until smooth, 1 minute in blender on high or 2 minutes with hand beater.
    Pour into pie plate.
    Bake until knife inserted into center comes out clean (approximately 50 to 55 minutes).
