Jello Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
2/3 c. oil
grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Mix together Jell-O, cake mix and eggs.
Add water, oil and lemon rind.
Beat one minute on medium speed.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
While cake is still warm, pour lemon glaze over cake.
