Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate wafers
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 pt. softened coffee ice cream
1/3 c. cocoa
3 Tbsp. butter
2/3 c. sugar plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/3 c. whipping cream
2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate for garnish
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
