Lamb Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. roast
3/4 c. white wine
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 bay leaf
favorite barbecue sauce
3/4 c. water
flour
Preparation

Flour lamb roast and place in baking pan with 3/4 cup of water.
Cover pan and place in oven at 500\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove roast from oven.
Add the white wine, lemon juice, garlic powder and bay leaf.
Cover pan again; cook for 3 hours at 350\u00b0. Lastly, remove pan from oven and debone roast.
Pour favorite barbecue sauce over meat in pan to suit individual taste.
Broil meat in oven for 5 minutes or less.
