Sweet-Sour Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. turkey breast, cubed
    soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. m.s.g. (Accent, if desired)
    2 to 3 carrots, sliced
    1 can pineapple chunks and juice
    1 green pepper
    1 or 2 bouillon cubes
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. powdered ginger or 1-inch ginger root, sliced
Preparation
    Put turkey breast into small bowl.
    Add soy sauce to moisten, ginger, cornstarch and m.s.g.
    Marinate about 1/2 hour.
    Brown turkey in a little oil.
    Remove from pan.
    Spoon off excess oil. Into pan, add brown sugar, vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, juice from pineapple and ginger root.
    Bring to boil.
    Turn down heat and simmer a minute or so.
    Add cornstarch which has been dissolved in a little cold water.
    Add sliced green pepper, carrots and browned meat.
    Cook a couple of minutes.
    Add pineapple chunks and heat through.
    Garnish with chopped green onions.
    Serve over rice.
