Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

26 crushed saltine crackers
1 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Butter an 8 x 8-inch pan.
Have the first 3 ingredients all measured and ready to use.
Boil the sugar and milk for just 3 minutes; take off burner.
Add peanut butter; beat well.
Add crushed crumbs and vanilla; beat well.
Sets up quite quickly in pan when poured to harden.
