Juicy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. V-8 juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients thoroughly and pack firmly into a loaf pan.
    Bake in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
    Serve with Heinz 57 sauce.
