Ingredients

1 egg white
2 c. pecans or walnuts
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Pour nuts into egg white and stir until coated and sticky. Blend together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over nuts.
Stir until nuts are evenly coated.
Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
Cool, break apart and store in Tupperware container.
