Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. light Karo
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 gal. popped corn
Preparation
    Put first 4 ingredients into heavy saucepan.
    Cook until mixture is 275\u00b0.
    Remove from heat; add soda while stirring quickly.
    Pour foaming mixture over popped corn.
    Stir until all corn is coated with caramel.
