Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. popping corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. white Karo
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Pop corn 1/3 cup at a time.
    Place in greased roast pan. Bring to boil sugar, margarine and Karo.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Quickly add vanilla and soda.
    Immediately pour syrup over popped corn. Stir until all the corn is coated.
    Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Stir 2 times during baking.
