Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 Granny Smith apples, chopped
    1 1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts (no salt), chopped
    1 large carton Cool Whip
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 tsp. vinegar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. flour
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple, using juice
Preparation
    Cook last 6 ingredients until thickened.
    After mixture has cooled, add to apples and peanuts.
    Fold in Cool Whip and refrigerate.
