Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. fryer, cut up or 8 breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz.)
1 can cream of celery soup (10 3/4 oz.)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz.)
1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
Preparation

Mix all soups.
Add only enough water to rinse out cans.
Pour on half soup mixture in casserole dish.
Sprinkle rice over this. Add chicken, then pour rest of soup over chicken.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Dot with one half stick oleo.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours.
