Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cooking oil
3 whole eggs
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. prunes
1/2 c. to 1 c. nuts
Preparation

Beat sugar, cooking oil, eggs and buttermilk together.
Then add flour, salt, baking soda, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, prunes and nuts.
Bake in loaf pan at 325\u00b0 for about 40 minutes. As you take out of oven, pour glaze mixture over cake. (Pierce top of cake first, gently).
