Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. tomato paste
water
Preparation

Brown ground chuck.
Add onion to meat when almost done and cook until onion is tender.
Drain grease.
In small bowl, combine flour, chili powder, salt and sugar, mixing well.
Add this to the meat and onion, stirring to coat meat.
Add tomato paste and enough water to desired consistency.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
