Swiss-Jack Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix thoroughly.
    Spread mixture thinly in sheet cake pan.
    Bake for 8 minutes.
    Stir/turn mixture.
    Bake another 8 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.
    Turn onto plastic wrap and form into a ball.
    Refrigerate.
    Cover with sliced almonds before serving.
