Ingredients

1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. golden raisins
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1 c. water
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped cooking apples
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients.
Cook over medium heat.
Stir until cranberries release.
Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.
Chill.
Keeps about 2 weeks in refrigerator.
