Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes (or substitute 2 large cans of yams, drained and mashed)
    1 c. white granulated sugar
    dash of salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/3 to 1/2 c. margarine, cut into slices or patties
Preparation
    Mix together potatoes, white sugar, salt, eggs, margarine and vanilla and spread into shallow baking dish.
    Mix together brown sugar, flour and pecans; sprinkle over potato mixture and dot with patties of butter or margarine (approximately 1/3 to 1/2 cup). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
