Shrimp Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Orleans shrimp, drained (small or medium)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    bread triangles
Preparation
    Toast bread triangles on one side.
    Mix mayonnaise, cheese and mustard.
    Spread mayonnaise, cheese and mustard mixture on untoasted side of bread triangle.
    Place shrimp on top and spread a small amount of additional mayonnaise, cheese and mustard on top.
    Place under broiler until lightly browned.
