Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
    3/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Drain the pineapple, reserving the juice.
    Mix sugar, flour and 6 tablespoons pineapple juice. Mix well. Add cheese and then the pineapple. Pour into a greased baking dish.
