Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. small shell macaroni
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, stems and pieces and juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. grated mild cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni for a few minutes, but not until done.
    Add soups, other ingredients and 3/4 cup cheese.
    Mix all ingredients well and place in a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole. Top with remaining 3/4 cup cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
