Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. cut up banana
1 c. walnut chips
Preparation

Blend dry ingredients; add eggs, oil and vanilla.
Stir until moistened.
Add pineapple, banana and nuts.
Stir well.
Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.
Spoon mixture into pan.
Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Frost with canned whipped cream cheese frosting.
Sprinkle with nuts.
