Deer Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. deer meat (may substitute beef), sliced in 1/8 or less strips
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 c. Kraft hickory smoke barbecue sauce
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. A.1. sauce
    1 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation
    Place the deer meat in a large container.
    Mix all ingredients well, except deer meat.
    Pour over meat; mix well.
    Marinate overnight; stir once or twice.
    Place meat on toothpicks.
    Hang on racks in oven.
    Put foil on bottom rack and bend up in back.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 5 hours.
