Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. mashed carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside.
Beat eggs and beat in sugar, oil and carrots.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes in pan, then turn onto a rack to cool.
