Pickled Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sliced yellow squash
    2 large onions, sliced
    2 bell peppers, seeded and cut up
    2 c. salt
    2 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 small jars pimento
Preparation
    Bring to a boil.
    Add all ingredients and bring to a second boil.
    Put in pint jars and seal.
    Makes 4 pints.
