Ingredients

2 c. peanuts
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water (less 2 tsp.)
Preparation

Put in saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring until all moisture is used up.
Place in a large baking pan so nuts won't be crowded.
Put in 300\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes; stir well and bake another 10 minutes.
Turn oven off and leave in oven for another 10 to 12 minutes.
