Mom'S Best Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. ground allspice
    1 tsp. dill weed
    additional ketchup
Preparation
    In large bowl combine the first 12 ingredients; mix well. Press into an ungreased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Drizzle top of loaf with ketchup.
    Bake 15 minutes more or until no pink remains.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
