Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large bay leaves
flour (browned)
1/2 lb. shrimp (per person)
1 large can crab meat
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
salt and pepper
celery, chopped
onions, chopped
green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can okra
tomato paste
cayenne pepper (dash)
Preparation

Boil shrimp (shelled and deveined) until they turn pink (with crab boil) with water well over shrimp.
Brown flour until it is almost burned.
Add all seasonings to flour.
Then by teaspoon, put seasoning and flour in shrimp water with shrimp (remove crab boil bag).
Stir constantly so it won't lump.
