Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine last eight ingredients in a large bowl.
    Stir well. Spoon batter into paper lined muffin pans, filling two-thirds full.
