Holiday Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (15 oz.) can fruit cocktail
    1 (15 oz.) can chunk pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Whip the cream in a large glass bowl; add sugar and vanilla. Mix well.
    Drain fruit cocktail, pineapple and mandarin oranges until all liquid is completely drained off.
    Add fruit to whipped cream and mix.
    Add marshmallows and pecans and mix.
    Chill in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
