Nebraska Pie Crust(3 Double Crusts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 egg
    2 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut Crisco into flour, salt and sugar. Mix well the water, egg and vinegar. Add to dry and mix. Cover tightly and refrigerate until chilled. (May be frozen.)
    Roll each crust on floured board.
