Country Cornbread - cooking recipe

1 2/3 c. cornmeal
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. half and half
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) Shedd's Spread Country Crock
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl, mixing well.
Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Add to dry mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until just moistened.
