Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup self rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 cup coconut
    1 cup canned milk
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar, add flour, mix well. Add eggs, beat well. Add coconut, milk and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into greased pie plate and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes until golden brown. Let set about 10 minutes before serving.
