Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 medium onion
    1 medium green pepper
    salt (optional)
    pepper (optional)
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can enchilada sauce (hot)
    1 can Ro-Tel, diced
    1 green chili pepper, chopped
    corn tortillas
    Cheddar cheese (1 lb.)
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper until tender in small amount of oil. Add meat and cook until it stands apart.
    Add mushroom soup, enchilada sauce, Ro-Tel and green chili pepper.
    Cook a few minutes.
    Layer it in large casserole dish with corn tortillas and Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until it bubbles in the center.
