Banana Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
6 c. water
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice, unsweetened
5 ripe bananas
5 oranges or 2 c. orange juice concentrate
juice of 2 lemons
Preparation

Boil 3 minutes the sugar and water.
Let cool.
Add pineapple juice.
Mix in blender the bananas, oranges and orange juice, lemon juice and red food coloring.
After blending, add this to first mixture.
Mix thoroughly and freeze in milk cartons (plastic jugs).
When ready to serve, take out of freezer and partly thaw. Before serving, add 3 quarts Slice or ginger ale.
This makes 1 gallon plus 1 quart.
