Zucchini Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. zucchini, cooked
2 c. saltine crackers, crumbled
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
1 c. cheese, cubed
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
pepper
Preparation

Layer zucchini, crackers, onion and cheese in a 2 quart casserole.
Combine milk and egg.
Pour over zucchini mixture. Pour melted margarine over all.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
