Carrot Cake(Family Favorite!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil; add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Add grated carrots.
    Add dry ingredients that have been sifted together.
    Bake in 3 (8 or 9-inch) cake pans, greased and floured. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
