Cooked Cole Slaw Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    butter (size of egg)
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat the eggs with sugar.
    Add vinegar, butter, dry mustard, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook in double boiler until thick. Thin with cream to use.
    Keeps real good in refrigerator.
