Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 white potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese (processed)
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Prepare mashed potatoes with butter and milk as usual to taste.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend together with mixture. Fold into buttered casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
